I am surprised people would rather complain in cyberspace than organize a class action lawsuit.  It would be an easy case in my opinion since many comments were made by CMA on the internet and various promo videos that the resource was going to increase and they gave specific numbers to this resource. 

Pretty clear cut.

But as is Canadian, we squawk, but never do anything because, well, that might hurt somebody's feelings.....hahaha
