Did anyone read the article?  I think not.

The guy bought the keys in 2008.

There was no problem in 2008 - read the article before commenting.

NOT GOING TO HAPPEN.

Actual start of problems was in - 2010.

Tony is responsible for all the company and its problems - no matter

when they started.

And no matter who in the company started them.

Tony tweets as ROI burns.

That is the real problem.

If Tony is not suing something then he is being sued.

Or should I say ROI or both.
