I agree. Why are they keeping Utter. I never voted for him this summer. They need a good CEO to take this company to the next level. No disrespect to Utter, but he has not made this company anything over the years. Even the new investors are under water right now. How do they feel being .11 under what they paid for or over 20% in the hole. Most of us longs are worse off than them and we hold a lot of shares. But I am still hanging on and hoping that something good comes out of  this in 2013. I can't get out even if I want to without sinking the stock to probably below .20. So it is a waiting game.
