Same story with TD.

I've owned HRG for such a long time.  I bought in shorty after they bought Jilbey.  Averaged way down at $0.10 and waited till now.

I am still having a hard time believing the offer is going through at the low end of Paradigms range.  Even they said they believed HRG was worth upto $1.80
