Agree with many of your comments, especially will not enjoy the ride down. That said, I think the company is in much better shaped than a little over a year ago when we touched ~ $7. We have a much better balance sheet and the company is managing the production growth well.  I think we could dip below 10 this time, but hopefully that is as low as we go. I believe this company will eventually get taken out, but when and at what price - those are difficulat questions to answer.

As long as they manage the company well, I am happy to collect the dividend, but would like some better stock price stability. Vermillion is another company I own and it is much more stable than PBN.
