(OSMI) and the Shafter silver property (the Shafter Silver Project or Shafter), located in Presidio County, Texas and held Aurcana Silver Corporation. The Revenue-Virginius mine is located in southwestern Colorado about 5.5 miles southwest of the town of Ouray. Access to the mine site is via County Road 361. The Shafter Silver Project, which is 375 miles southeast of El Paso, in Presidio County, southwest Texas, within a historic mining district.

This will not be a popular post but black swan events can happen, and some of these are not even in the black swan category. The risk/reward factor is high in mining.

Perhaps low probability but one or more of the following:

1. Poor management decisions.

2. New government , just elected and is the same party that ruled Mexico for 70 years until 12 years ago,  becomes unfriendly to foreign investment (as they were in the not to distant past but now claim this time its different).

3. Unforeseen circumstances significantly interrupting operation at one or both mines (accidents. fires, floods)

4. Collapse of world economy as during the great depression.

5. U.S.. President seizes all precious metals and precious metals mines in the U,.S.
