The EA office already made their decision on the moose issue "the BCEAO’s conclusion that the 
Kitsault Mine Project would not likely result in significant adverse effects to wildlife providing the 
proponent is required to make an annual contribution of $15k for the life of the Project to the Provincial 
Fish and Wildlife Branch for moose conservation" (Gitanyow Hereditary Chiefs letter dated Nov 26th).  There are so many tribes commenting on this thing they can't even agree on what they want, the majority of the tribes and Avanti wanted the road left open year round, so the EA went with that. Done and dusted if you ask me.
