So in my opinion to officially  produce 1200+BOED by YE they have to be producing it already! 

 

There is just no other explanation since it will take way more then 4 weeks to drill,case, tie-in, stabilise and announce... Just impossible, IMO.

 

So good news is that if they are already producing 1200BOED  the next wells  will simply add to the 1200+BOED early in 2013... Now that would sweet! While we're at it, world peace would be nice too!
