let us not forget the analysts who pumped this stock up and who still seem to have very lofty valuations.

The next 2 dividend payments will add another $17 million to debt and those  uncolletable receiveables will have to show up as further losses.

In my opinion, the class action suit will have some teeth.

 

talking about teeth, see v.MCR which just earned $0.25 in Q3, $0.56 for the first 9 months and on track for $0.75/share in 2012 on sales in excess of $140 million, with no debt, strong cash and just $1.20...and only 24 m shares o/s
