This is a first for me....never have I seen a Company get halted and resume trading without a News Release being issued!!

I first called IIROC and the gentleman seems as surprised as me. Couldn't give me any answers but told me to call TMX.

Again , the first person I spoke to thought the situation was quite odd and passed me on to someone else. This person couldn't give me anything definite but did say that it had something to do with SF's Transfer Agent and fees paid or not paid to them.

Anyways, still no News Release, just smoke and mirrors.
