Call your broker and they will do it for you (or rather on your behalf) at least that is what TD did for me.

Just got off the phone with Scotia iTrade.  The broker wasn't familiar with what I was telling him about YLO.PR.A and giving 30 days notice to the company to have the shares redeemed; so, he called their "reorg" dept.  I waited for about 10 minutes; he said he will call me as soon as he gets an answer from them.
