RE: KAM and investing KAM is on my watchlist since about 1 year, I bought HDA (the mine is about 2 h away from where I live) flow-through shares with a good tax advantage. I sold them for $ 1.75 a month ago. I was also in SSL and doubled my investment. I am not doing always so great, but I learned to wait. Without a change of the investment climate for explorers and junior miners I am not going to invest in them
Even investing in real estate has its cycle, there are times when investors are excited and buying and properties move higher and higher, and there are times of correction again.
Important lesson is to buy the "the good" at buyer's market, later....when everything goes up... your investment will be more in demand and will rise higher, the return is much greater.
