what will happen is so obvious, first you can forget a decision on the taconite in december, FORGET IT. TATA would have to be out of their minds to announce anything other than this is not the right time to make such a decision of this magnitude in light of the uncertainty that exists across the world. They will defer to a later date when the world economies show signs of recovery (best case scenario 30 years). NML should stop spending their $$$ on a feasibility study that they can use to line the bottom of their bird cages.
I know this is hard to take but there is no other scenario. pack your bags folks. And if anyone tries to talk you into what a great buying opportunity this is, just take a step back, sit down, and ask yourselves, "what would NGE do"...
