"Exit Clauses" are quite common. Corporate managers don't want to be without cash when they take a severance. You should see the law suites fly when they don't want to leave. The best part? It's all LEGAL!

As funny as it is... there is going to be a point where this company's SP will start looking so sexy that even the worst bears might find it attractive. In the mean time have a look at KCG (NYSE). It's a trading house that got it's butt kicked because of a "computer glitch"... but with takeover roomers it may be starting to look attractive.

Ho...Ho... WHOA.
