Thank you management

Thank you management

Why would they sell shares  below current market value. The shares were trading in the 3.50 range. Before they announced this deal they were at 3.35 range. Why would they offer shares in the 3.10 range. I am getting tired of being taken as a shareholder. Writhe the company and complain. They should have done a rights offering to allow existing shareholders to have this opportunity to profit not the firms. No wounder people are leaving the equities and taking physical. This is another stinking move and it only hammers the shares. Thank you management for handing me a loss of 7.5 percent because of your actions. I am starting to wounder why anyone is still in equities because you are at risk of management on top of the hedge funds raiding the physical price and also taking the current shareholders to the cleaners. This is my opinion only.
