I think the key thing to look at the stock is the goodwood entry point at 0.40.  Also a good comparison case is what Goodwood did with Westaim. They basically sold the company and gave shareholders one time dividend. My guess is that Goodwood will also try to sell off the asset of the company piece by piece to fetch max value. Webtech has stated that they already have buyers who would would buy nextbus within their target range. The target range according to Versant partners is at least north of 18.5 million, pretty close to their market cap now. so basically Quadrant business value will refect in the SP once nextbus is sold. My conclusion is that there is very very few risk remaining in the stock at this price range 0.20. If they can sell the company at price range where Scott Edmonds and other management team invested after the grey island mergers, which is 0.60. That's a triple from the current SP!! Then Goodwood and all the current management team will all exit as winners.
