Dec. 8 Extension , Looking Forward

Dec. 8 Extension , Looking Forward

Today I've most reluctantly tendered my HRG shares to NordGold's $1.40 cash extension offer as well, and I say reluctantly because I consider it under duress and the value to be most unfair, as I think the majority of us do who have stayed through this fight for so long. Thanks to all, too many to mention, and for insights gained.

But hark! Do I sense a ray of hope in today's G&M ROB opening headline, namely: "OSC cracks down on 'Sino-Forest auditors"?  Could it be that our revered regulatory body has finally discovered that it has teeth in its mouth and that it has a duty to use them to keep the prredators away or elsewise licking their wounds?

Further, in case there is a lawsuit, how do we all continue to stay together and in touch once this thread eventually winds up? Chris and tryte hopefully still have the names and contact info of many of us who, at least just prior to this extension, still represented just enough shares to deny Nordgold it's majority of minority, and I think those shares tendered under this extension were, like mine, done so under duress.

We've fought the good fight, and there's no reason yet to let the goal slip by.
