Hmmmmm! Something is amiss with agreat number of Junior Mining and Exploration Companies listed on the TSE Venture Exchange ..I guess the word got out of the bag several years ago when anyone could gather up enough names and form a Public Company. But, it was not just forming the company, it was how do you spend shareholders money.
Now, we have seen that a great number of these companies were created and run by totally incompetent people.. Maybe these people were good at the Geological aspects, but were and are totally incompetent when it comes to spending shareholders money.
There is no way a Company with a limited cash balance should be trying to acquire mining properties in exotic places like Australia or Africa. Once the company has established a successful record then management should benefit.
Until sucess has been shown, there should be a restriction on management and directors fees.
