tree... I agree & thus an FS is irrelevant.  An FS is utilized to determine the ROI on the huge capital expenditure required to build out a mill to process the ore.  It is only valuable in determining the value of a company if a mill needs to be built.  TGZ doesn't run a new FS every time they discover a new deposit... the 43-101 & geology (grade, type, & tonnage) are booked as resources and is significant factor once a mill is already in play.

blue... "Think bigger".... hmmmm.  It would matter for an IAG or Rangold or Barrick who may want to come in and compete with TGZ... or maybe as leverage against them.
