RE: Re: Arbitration Settlement

RE: Re: Arbitration Settlement

actually this suit has been a drag on wzl for a while, sure it hurts to lose the suit but on the oither hand it coulda been a lot worse and crippled the company, i don't think this amount will do any such thing. at least we can now move forward without this overhanging wzl's progress as a going concern. 2012 revenues should be over 90mil and should grow. market cap is about 1/2 sales. this trades at an extremely cheap valuation and has lots of potential imho. i don't think it'll dip much, if any at all, i will add if it does and still like this company very much. they should be able to partake in the north dakota bonanza and other plays. canadian drilling is down but other opportunities exist for quality downhole products. also they may pick up new customers that were apprehensive  about doing biz with wzl due to the overhang of the possibly crippling lawsuit.

cheers and gl ferret

ps i believe wzl will trade above $3 by the end of 2013, obviously i'm long  lol, my cost is just under $1 and i've traded it a bit over the last coupla yrs.
