100% agreement to all of your post. I have to think, that 2guys and others, either did not finance yet a house, or even worser, did not read the whole contract with their bank. So I think we can close this silly discussion refering Frank is gambling with our company..

Refering "forward selling": Thank god (or Frank) he did not do it. Its like laying a brake pad on the course of BGM. Ok, 2 mio$ is not very much, when we get over 17 mio$, but investors don't like forward selling, normally. 

My conclusion: Frank did the right thing, at this moment.
