AGN bought pp 42 cents then transfer to B&A. B&A paid approximately 41.5 cents per share for aggregate consideration of approximately $5-million to BTG Equity Investments LLP.
if they are willing to pay 41.5 to BTG i can't see why they don't offer to buy out RVD equal or higher than 41.5.
