I have worked in clean rooms before, if the power was out for any length of time bringing the clean room ( more than likely an ISO3/Class 1) back up to a level of efficiency is a major task requiring days. Plus, the equipment (MBE, deposition systems, SEM etc.) in the lab operate at UHV - ultra high vacuums and thus require days to retain their UHV status.

Go learn a little about clean rooms. google it. Yee have so much to learn.
