Offical news is written in legal terminology. in other words announcement have to cover all unknown obstacales. Therefore lime tines cannot be stated directly. Snowden could produce a preliminary 43-101 tomorrow or the next day, next week, etc.  Whatever your arguments are they are immaterial to the final documents of the 43-101 which go to the BCSC. You can't rule or argue on the outcome . So why don't you just chill out and wait like all other patient investors. cheers!
