RE: Shakeout Will Continue - 12ga

Hey 12,

I agree with you 100%!  Like you I've been here since 2004 (topping up whenever a shakeout has occurred), and it is frustrating.  However when I look at the "progress" that the DOW, S&P and NASDAQ have made over the same period of time, I feel pretty fortunate.

Looking forward I see a major cyclical downturn coming with the major markets over the next 2-3 years, but, during the same period, I also see the startup of one of the largest diamond mines in history. And therefore, with CD/GIC rates at or around 0%, I'm "resigned" to sitting back and letting my MPV bet ride.

I guess what I'm saying is that now is not the time to fold, as long as our day in the sun arrives before my great grandchildren do, and that's only a few short years away.

Cheers,

Brit
