Also management does not always offer everything they know whether it is good or bad news. One company I was involved with was aiming for a $ 20.00 stock value ( they were $ 3.00 at that time) based on assumed sales to a particular customer (billions). That customer stated they would never buy their product. Shareholders never knew that. The stock dropped to cents over a period of time and to this day shareholders did not know what happened. Why? Because management holds onto information sometimes. That is why there is always a disclaimer. Here's to hoping that December 14 brings an early Christmas gift for all concerned.
