Its Vista Hermosa Solar Parks are located in the village of Vista Hermosa, Corregimiento de Pueblos Unidos, Aguadulce district, Cocle Province. Through its subsidiary Generacion Andina SAC, it owns 8 de Agosto, a Run of River hydroelectric operation.

Given we have 15 working days for 2012, are we going to get a NR or a delay until next year?  What is the status on carbon tax credits, do we have a set rate and are they retroactively applied.
