PIMCO New York Municipal Income Fund III (the Fund) is a non-diversified closed-end management investment company. The Fund's primary investment objective is to seek to provide current income exempt from federal and California income tax. Under normal circumstances, the Fund invests at least 90% of its net assets in municipal bonds which pay interest that is exempt from regular federal, New York State and New York City income. The Fund may invest up to 20% of its total assets in investments the interest from which is subject to the federal alternative minimum tax. The Fund also invests at least 80% of its net assets in municipal bonds that at the time of investment are investment grade quality. Pacific Investment Management Company LLC (PIMCO) serves as the Fund's investment manager.

I think the board would like to know the answer to some questions Ace.

Q 1. How is it that just a dozen or so posts ago, you said you lost everything, and now all of a sudden you are Warren Buffet?

Q 2. Why were you asking for everyone's e-mail addresses when you were saying that you were going to start a class action law suit?

Q 3. How is it that you say that you can get information regarding the dispersal when no one else seems to be able to?

I hope you do try and sue... I want to read the court recordings when the judge tells you how it is... we'll see how much money you really have when your real name is in print. LMAO
