@orbit-room .... they said an amount to be determined at a later date to cover their axx in case something goes wrong between now and pay-out time. EG: claim against escrow or lawsuit of some sort. I'm hoping on min.10 max.11 and I am still accumulating. I ve purchased approx 130,000 shares between .05 and .06 and still will continue to add at .05-.055 -.06.  to me this is an easy 67% gain in a couple of months if things don't fall apart. There is absolutly no operational or polictical risk here. only lawsuit's or claims against escrow. I believe they have hedged against currency erosion and the closer we get to maturity date of escrow funds the less likly there is of being a claim..
