Your not alone on that one. A lot of investors were taken by surprise by that move me included. However, I believe the risk is lower for a claim against the escrow and lawsuits. If there was a significant deficency in the assets they sold you would think that that would have surfaced by now. also remember that anglo gold has a significant share in the escrow account among other heavy hitters and anglo management is far superiour to first uraniums.
