It would certainly be logical for some of the buyers of the private placement to sell some for significant gains. However we were told that those shares went into very firm hands and those buyers understood the significance of POET. It would be more likely in my opinion that people not as well versed in the technology would simply see it as an opportunity to sell. Like I said I have not sold any and I bought a lot of shares in a cash account when this stock was trading just above .20.
