LG already had an agreement and they reneged. Wilan needs to present confidence in their position. Public posturing is part of the game.  If this is cocky or arrogant, I don't know. What goes on behind closed doors none of us knows. I'm sure that LG is meek and contrite in the negotiating room.

Anyway bottom line I'd like to see them settle this case and all the other cases, for a reasonable but not exorbitant rate, without going to court. LOL
