 This Rex Harbour group wants an AGM and might force it but they cannot force a financing.   They will need votes from you the investor.   They cannot come to the AGM and force a financing by owning only 7 million shares.

So how will they be able to  do this?    By coming out with news releases of how bad Frank runs his operations how bad this how bad that etc.    The bullboards have been inundated by these folks recently.    To be honest with you "We havent seen nothing yet"  

This is going to turn very ugly fast.    Remember you are a shareholder and you can vote for Frank.    Keep in mind you are not just voting for Frank.   You are voting to prevent massive dilution at a very cheap price.
