I think the best thing Frank could do right now would be to comment on this issue.   Frank is not a stupid man.    He has a tremendous amount of skin in the game.

If I was Frank I would say lets put out the Snowden report first and if the numbers are high like I feel they are we for sure could talk/interview prospective new CEO's.   If this Tomsett guy would like to take over we will seriously contemplate it.

This way Frank is looking out for his shareholders without dilution.   Tomsett can say he is being heard and the only one that loses would be this Rex Harbour group which was trying to steal the deal anyways.
