The Question is why does BGM need $50 million dollars?   What are they going to use this money for?   Or is it just a fancy way to obtain more shares of BGM for cheap.?

 

Realistically the answer is they want the company for cheap.

 

As for Bigbabs comments on taking on new management I would say dont be surprised if Frank is willing to step down once BGM rebutts this Rex Harbour.

The motives of Rex Harbour are very transparent.   He has a history which I do not like(maudore minerals).   I hope that BGM board members find a new front guy with a good pedigree and of course this should be done as soon as the 43-101

The resource estimate will be out very soon so whats the pannick.   Its christmas time and most people are away on vacation so why the sudden pannick for a vote?    It should be done in the new year and by then the 43-101 is already out.
