Not as good as I had hoped...

Not as good as I had hoped...

Well, I poured thousands in WPX in the hopes of a quick return based on the pre feasability. I was hoping for lower OPEX, a better IRR and a similar or better NPV. Everything went from good to average. It's going to be a tough sell. I believe that those numbers will not generate a buying interest from any of the big miners as this project as a steep price tag and an IRR that is nothing more than normal for a prairie potash solution mine. It's like a copy paste from Potash One, at a far less desirable time....so forget interest from miners. The only parties that could afford and be willing to put money in are going to be stated owned ( chinese or indians ).

The good thing for us is that other new projects like Jansen are delayed so potash output for the coming years is roughly correlated to demand. We are now looking at a partner for sure ( IMHO )
