RE: RE: JNR Announces Plan of Arrangement with Den

for the record. I don't either. IMO investors are getting reemed by Denison.

This deal confirms the collusion of Denisons Hochstien who chaired the BOD

of JNR. He has the inside scoop on JNN's real value, and he resigns the board

now to make it seem like there is no conflict of interest?

The damage is done. Shareholders have been backdoored by JNR which has

been proven to be a defacto owned surragate of Denison all along.

Where to go now?..........There are 3 big players in the Athabasca basin.

Cameco, Areva, and newcomer RIO.  I believe Denison's  partnerships with

CCJ will eventually play out in a buyout of Denison. For every 1000 shares of JNN

the shareholder will recieve 73 shares of DNN. Do the math. As bad as this deal

stinks. Denisons value has also been diminished in 2012. If you took the

73 Denison shares today the premium would be approx .083 or a penny higher

than the current illiquid sell number of .07 on JNN.

Bad as this is. Unless someone needs tax loss. I think it better to hold through

the deal.  Denison will benefit for the ownership of the JNR properties, and

shareholders who own DNN will have a stake in the game. JNR gave us

lemons. It is up to us to decide whether to make lemonade.

At least we know the devil we are dealing with.
