Sudo complicated stock split?

From my take, it's just a big stock split from 94m shares to 28m shares. 4ish to 1 split. Ugly. I have lost confidence in all of the executives in DDN. I've marked it in my field book guys for a reminder....we never ever, ever, ever, ever, getting back together.
