It would be a difference scenario if the facility was at least in advanced stages of being built. We're looking at the fall of 2013 before the feasibility study is completed.. But, I do agree. This is a very important business to have in your portfolio! Its been in mine for over 3 years now.. Missed out when it went from $0.30 to over $1.50 thou :(
