I'm asking clarification

I'm asking clarification

From what the article says is that the precious 84 million shares of UNR and the 95million of DDN, will be dissolved.

The new Amalco will only have a total float of 28.7 million shares to start. It will obviously bring up the share price for raising capital for gold projects. It's tough to raise money with a share price of $0.03 dilution would be a killer at that price.

What's better 300,000 shares at 2 cents or 40,000 shares at $0.17 ?  Your guess is as good as anybody elses.

I've taken it up the WAZOOO for so long, it don't really matter now. But to be honest, personally I like it but WTFDIK

Cheers
