Definition of a Downtrend

Definition of a Downtrend

A series of lower lows and lower highs. No stock goes straight down. The last little blip in late July the price ran from 20 cents to 32 cents. This blip runs from 14 cents to 21 cents. The downtrend is unbroken. The stock price should nose back down to 14 cents next week. Anybody not selling now is making a mistake.

The only actual XinXing news related to AXI: XinXing's decided to invest $10 million searching for iron ore in the heart of the Labrador Trough. XinXing was obviously not impressed by the results of Roche Bay's feasibility study. And why should they invest in a project with the lowest NPV of any iron ore project on the planet?

*

If XinXing liked the Roche Bay project wouldn't they have given that $10 million to AXI? AXI only has $3.2 million in working capital and doesn't have the cash for a drill program to expand the C-zone resource, or to hire environmental consultants to begin the permitting process with the Nunavut Impact Review Board. The Roche Bay project is stuck in the mud because XinXing won't invest another dime in it.
