I know YLO lumped all the classes together, which is one of the points I believe the judge may not accept the vote. The A's might have been the most in favour, but they still did not get the 2/3 they needed should they be separated into classes by the judge.

 

My main purpose of the e-mail was to register my retraction notice since YLO is putting barriers up to doing it the proper way. Now if the judge rules against the re-cap, I should be classed as debt along with the MTN's. Those who don't register their retraction (telling your broker won't cut it) will still be elegible to get 12.5 commons only. I'm pretty sure YLO would announce the conversion without ever allowing the brokers to to register retraction. Then wait for the lawsuits.
