The whole story in a nut shell is roi as Agro stated re the stratgics

Ask your self in todays world where can you get a great cash flow along witha regulator that bumps prices up etc and  you receive a 9 percent reuorn with little risk

Land value increases over time give you borrowing power for new turbines etc

This is a no brainer pension funds love this stuff coupled with the fact tha tthe state govt has mandated green energy requirements

Why do people think so small re the buyout price. 4 years ago this stock was 4.00 as a prospect

If this stock was to sell at 3.00  it wouuld be sold

I called 3.50 back in August and today with the companies invilved and in the game I see 4.25 to 4.95 in a heart beat

The cost to create wind farms pre shovel in the ground has to be 25 million dollars just to get the approvals. We have multiple locations all with permits

Add 100 million to the cap x because companies want the cash flow now and will pay for things with 15 and 25 plus year horizons

Wind farms will be here for the next 200 years . great locations is another story
