Also, you have made points about dilution in the past my good friend green. For God sake, this is the oil and gas industry !!!!  Its  capital intensive and every company under something like 10,000 boe a day does and will always do what Edge has done. They need to raise money to grow. Edge does this by raising money, and acquiring !!!!!!!!! Raise money , buy something , drill , find new pools of oil and gas, create shareholder value with capital gains.......... simple , no ?
