RE: RE: Insider

Antlizzie, not sure what you mean by manouvering. One thing I noticed, when no other shareholders were able or willing to step in and buy stock as the price slipped to .10 and lower, Brian, Rick and Elston did, helping keep the share price boyant. I saw Rick had purchased 93,00 around .105 recently and released them to new high net worth friends(tight hands) a little higher. This gets new blood into the stock (at a fair price), takes out the week kneed shareholders and gradually moves the stock up. If it went up too quickly, it would come down just as fast. Rick and his family and past clients hold many millions of shares, as does Elston. The mgt. team is all well positioned with strong shareholdings( skin in the game). I believe Ralph Kettell owns about 9%.

I like the fact Mark Gustavson is a director now, and has such strong credentials; not only in fibre optics, but moreso in the financial end of the game. " Mr. Gustavson was a Portfolio and Global Investment Manager where his focus included introducing early stage technology companies to domestic investors. " This is only a small part of what he can do. I like that they raised $1.3 mil. in a terrible financial market, strenghtened their mgt. team and have moved the share price up without a mass promotional programme as yet. And I noticed, a lot of stock over the past month has gone to 2 houses. RBC and CIBC. Hopefully to new investors with a long term view of a company with a great product in the right field and at the right time.

Good luck to all, Sparky.
