Idlefreebird, 

400 - 600 million seems lo to me to be low. I am working on construction up at Detour and they are nearing completion of their 60,000 ton/day mill and the project cost is 1.4 billion.  

A 30,000 t/d operation will obviously cost less to build but I can,t see it being less than half. Hopefully they are able to add to their resources significantly.
