But it seems to overlook the fact that in order for MOA to aquire anything, it requires EAG's nod of approval, either through merger, or their blessing for MOA to aquire NOT's 25%.
It also assumes NOT is going to exercise those warrants, despite now being well above the market price, and despite having a desperate need for the money for Eagle's Nest.
So...for the time being, EAG appears to be in the driver's seat?
