RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: EAG in CONTROL Kewl, respectfully, I disagree on the warrants. I don't think NOT has any interest in participating in Windfall at this time. If they did, why give up 25% outright ownership for less than $4M (if they exercise those warrants), and less than 6% of the O/S of the company in control? No, I believe they saw this is an opportunity to raise some much needed funds now from a project that was not going to provide any revenue any time soon.
I find it odd it is taking so long to hear a formal response from EAG. Is this normal, or could they be trying to cook up a counter proposal?
