Exercising retraction rights related to YLO.PR.A is optional.  Not all holders of YLO.PR.A might be interested in exercising their retraction rights.

 

However, at this time, holders of YLO.PR.A do have retraction rights that are being denied.  From my layman's perspective, it seems that by denying holders of YLO.PR.A their retraction rights, Yellow Media is engaging in an illegal activity.
