Its going to be very difficult if not impossible to raise the money they need in this enviroment. I'm sure the company was expecting a gold rally to boost their shareprice and make a financing feasable. So now if they even try the placement at 0.07 and the sp is 0.06, they will need a whole warrant for a sweetner and we will have such a paper overhang, the sp will never move past 0.07 for eons. Then the money for exploration or to move the project forward comes from where?

Just my thoughts.......my opinion would change if we actually got a  real rally in the juniors, but I can't see that happening before the " cliff " is resolved, because so far the mining sector for the most part just moves with the general market.
